As this information has been provided by you on the application form, and some of you haven’t yet filled it in π, we are in fact even more! It’s never too late, so if you’d like to fill it in now, you can do so by using the password AwesomeAmbassadors2023.
You’re not alone – get in touch with others!
During this second half of the year we’ve done some changes to our communication channels. You can now get in touch with your fellow Ambassadors by email ([email protected]), on the Vivaldi Forum, or Telegram.
We have also started publishing Profiles again here on the Ambassador Page, an easy way to get to know other volunteers and some members of the team at your own pace.
And, of course we have continued organizing events where you can also chat with us and the rest of the team. Let’s take a look. π
Save the date and meet us online.
We’ve met several times these past months, including social meetups, a tour of the Oslo office, and another live demo for the features included in Vivaldi 6.5.
Thank you all for participating, and if you couldn’t join, know that we always make the recordings available on this page. (Can’t remember the password? Get in touch and we’ll remind you. π)
We’re now accepting ideas for 2024!π
What’s new with Vivaldi?
Our team is never idle, so…quite a lot!
- Desktop: our 6.2, 6.4 and 6.5 releases have brought us a massive refactoring of code, and we’re now a truly cross-platform browser. We hope you’re enjoying the new features: Sessions Panel, Workspaces Rules, full History Sync, and more.
Wait, what happened with 6.3? π You can find out here.
- Android: while Android seems quieter, the dev team has grown a lot these past months, which allows to focus on details and polish the app with improvements. And a lot has been happening on the Android Automotive front, with Vivaldi becoming the first browser to arrive to Google Play on cars.
- iOS: last September we finally went live with our iOS version, and we’ve been improving it since with new features such as pinned tabs and search engine nicknames, bottom Address Bar and custom wallpapers, and more!
- …and another Vivaldia game!

Thank you for getting involved, happy holidays, happy new year…and the best is yet to come. π₯
